Channeled Messages: On How To Have Discipline

Understand that it is important for one to develop discipline in ones life in order for one to get to where one wants to be.
Understand that discipline is practised on a daily basis.

Wether you want to open up spiritually or be successful in your career, home life or health, it is those daily practises, the daily routines and rituals and pushing through when you do not feel like, that will create results.

Understand that it is pushing past the not feeling like it or doing it later, part that is the most difficult.

An easy way to help with this is to say to yourself this will be easy.

In doing so, you refocus your mind to what it is wanting and therefore it is easier to move forwards.

We would suggest for you to look at your goals, your dreams and your visions and look at what you would have to do on a regular basis to get the results you want. Where do you have to be disciplined?

For example, if one wants to lose ten pounds, one would have to be disciplined in going to the gym, in eating the right foods, in visualizing what they want to have happen, in feeling good about themselves, in letting go of what is no longer serving them.

If one wants to be successful in their career, one would have to be disciplined in getting up early and perhaps having a morning routine, in putting one hundred percent effort into everything they do, networking, being creative, etc.

If one wants to be open and connect with spirit, one would have to be disciplined in meditating every day, in meeting like minded people, in learning and developing, in practising etc.

Understand that it is consistency that is key for consistency creates momentum.

Understand that it is easy to procrastinate, to not feel like it, to let fear and anxiety take over, but that will always keep you stuck and unhappy.

Getting through the struggle, whatever that struggle may be, feels good afterwards.

One feels more confident, one feels happier, one feels accomplished.

Those few minutes of suffering, leads to longterm happiness.

Look at areas in your life where you could improve on being more disciplined. What actions could you take each day to move you to where you want to be? What have you been putting off? How would your life be better if you took that action?

Discipline tends to have a negative connotation to it.

But it is the most positive thing one could do.

It is not about being rigid or inflexible or closed off.

It is about doing what you said you were going to when you were going to do it.
