Channeled Messages: On How To Let Go Of What No Longer Serves You -Beginning of channeled message-
Understand that just as one holds onto objects, one holds onto emotions, memories and energy.
Sometimes this energy serves one, but many times it does not.
When one has had a difficult time, a traumatic experience, felt negative emotions, on an energetic level, these tend to be held onto.
Many times, these negative experiences get held onto tighter than the positive ones.
These negative experiences over time become like an anchor and one has a difficult time in moving forwards.
If the negative experience goes unaddressed, this can manifest itself as pain or illness in the physical body.
Understand that the letting go process is about addressing the negative experience, feeling it as if it is happening now and then physically letting it go. This is usually done through crying but can also be done with journaling, exercise, singing, dancing, whatever you feel drawn to do.
It is the physical act of releasing that cleanses it from the energetic body.
Understand that you are letting go of the emotional attachment to the memory for you can not fully let go of a memory nor would you want to for it all serves a purpose.
Understand that you can feel it in your body once you have let go. You will feel lighter, more energetic, more inspirations and ideas can come through.
When you are holding on, you will feel heavy, you will typically gain weight physically, you will feel tired and drained, you will feel like you a trying to keep your head above water, you will feel stuck and confused, you may feel depressed or anxious.
No matter how big or small the negative experience you are holding onto may seem, it will effect your daily life.
Understand that negativity does not like to be ignored.
The more you try to ignore it, the more it will find its way to the surface and let you know that it is there.
Just as you would clear out physical items that no longer serve you, just as you would clean your home and organize it in such a way that makes you feel good, you need to do the same internally.
We would suggest meditating on things that you need to let go of. Simply sit with that intention.
We would also suggest journaling on a regular basis to help get your thoughts and feeling out and organized.
We would suggest speaking to friends and family about how you are feeling about the negative situaiton.
We would suggest finding people that have gone through similar things that you have gone through.
We would suggest things such as energy healing, massage or acupuncture.
We would suggest high intensity exercises.
We would suggest taking the time to remember it, feel it and let it go.
Understand that healing is a process, it takes time but once you have let it go there is no need to return to it.
Remember you are always in control of your experience and yourself.
Nothing can over take that but you allowing it to do so.
The sooner you address what needs to be released, the faster you will move forwards and feel better.
