It is easy for humans to become off track or feel that they have forgotten who they really are.

It is easy to remember who you are and get back on track.

It is about realizing that you are off track.

It is about realizing what you are feeling, what emotions you have, what actions you have been or not been taking.

It is about tuning into yourself and connecting back with your higher self.

Many times people get off track simply due to fear or pain.

It is too scary to do what you are passionate about because of this, this and this.

It is too painful to connect in with yourself due to this, this and this.

Getting back on track is about turning inwards.

Not outwards.

People tend to look around themselves and see the situations and circumstances that they are currently in.

They say this must be all there is.

They say I must change this to find myself.

But it does not work that way.

Getting back on track is about ignoring the outside and remembering the inside.

Starting there and then taking inspired action to change will follow.

It is about loving ones self enough that it will not tolerate anything less than being in alignment with who you are.

The outside experience can be challenging. It can be painful. It can be fearful.

At the same time, it can be wonderful. It can be loving. I can be exciting.

What goes on on the outside does not matter.

It is what is going on within you that matters.

How you handle that painful situation or event will determine the outcome and your experience.

The loss of a job can be devastating or an exciting opportunity to start that business that you have always wanting.

One version is productive and puts you back on track.

The other version will keep you stuck and off in the bushes.

It is up to you which version you choose.

We would suggest for you to sit quietly and close your eyes.

Go back to or imagine what it was like before you came into this world.

How did you feel about coming here?

What were you looking forwards to doing?

How did it feel when you were in non-physical?

Put yourself back there and imagine it the best you can.

Now put yourself into a time when you were young.

What dreams and desires did you have when you were younger?

What have you always wanted to do but haven't done yet?

When do you feel most alive and excited?

Are you living that now?

If so, how can you do more of that?

If not, what needs to change?

Take a deep breath and simply sit with yourself for a few minutes.

Allow any thoughts to come and go.

Observe how you are feeling.

Sometimes one gets so off track and has so much momentum going in the wrong direction that you have to weed through yourself to find what it is that you are really wanting.

Getting back on track is finding a place that feels good no matter what is going on around you.

It takes time and effort on your part.

But the rewards are great when you do.

Address the fears, address the pain, let go of it.

Find a good feeling place.

And know that you are here for a reason, you are here to be a part of something bigger than yourself, you are here to connect and explore.

To be afraid of who you really are is to deny yourself everything that you have ever wanted.

There is no need for that.
